What we collect
Business owners (our clients): name, email, phone, business details, login data, your messages with Rado and the rules you give your receptionist. Callers to a client’s AI receptionist: a transcript and summary of the call, the time and length, and the caller’s phone number (shown masked in dashboards). If recording is on, the audio too. Ads and Google data: read-only access to a client’s Google Ads account and Business Profile information so we can show numbers and write summaries. Website visitors: what you type into our forms and basic technical data.
AI receptionist and recording
The receptionist tells callers it is an AI and that the call may be recorded. Clients agree that callers are told this. Call records are kept for 90 days unless the client asks us to keep them longer or delete them sooner.
How we use it
To run the service you signed up for, show your dashboard, write summaries and notes, protect the service, and contact you about your account. We do not sell personal information.
Who helps us
Hosting and security (Hetzner, Cloudflare), AI processing (Google Vertex AI), voice calls (Vapi and its voice, transcription and phone providers), and email and text delivery (Resend, Telnyx). They process information only to provide those services.
Texts and email
We send texts or email only with your consent. Texting Rado starts when you text us and confirm your number. Every message can be stopped: reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link in an email. This follows Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL).
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, turn off Rado’s memory and emails, and cancel at any time. When you leave you keep your website, phone number, Google profile and ad accounts.
Keeping it safe
Access is limited and logged. Our AI features are read-only: they cannot change your ads or accounts. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
